orders and drops
Q: Are all items made to order?
A: Yes. Every shirt is made to order — produced only when claimed. That’s why processing may take a few extra days during high-demand drops.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins.
Q: How often do you release new collections?
A: Drops happen intentionally, not constantly. Each collection is a collaboration with an artist, released in limited runs. Follow us on IG or subscribe to our site to be the first in line.
Shipping and Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet. Right now, The Dealer only moves within the U.S.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Processing takes 2–5 business days (sometimes longer during high-demand drops). Shipping is 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
Q: My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have my package. What should I do?
A: First, double-check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it still hasn’t shown up, reach out to us at theartdripdealer@gmail.com — we’ll help track it down.
Sizing and Product Care
Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Our tees are premium relaxed, true-to-size fit. For an oversized look, size up.
Q: How should I wash my shirt?
A: Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low or air dry. Keep the drip fresh — no bleach or heavy heat.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Start the process please send an email to theartdripdealer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect or it is your first exchange.
The Dealer's Process
Q: How do you choose which artists to work with?
A: The Dealer scouts artists with unique voices and hustles that align with the vision. New collabs open up selectively, not on a rolling basis.
Q: I’m an artist — can I collaborate?
A: Submissions for new collaborations are not open at the moment. Follow our IG and subscribe to be notified when the lane opens.
