During high-volume drops or special collabs, please allow a few extra days — we’ll always keep you updated.

U.S. Orders: Shipping costs are determined at check out. 

Free shipping on orders over $75

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your drip — but if something’s off, we got you.

Return Eligibility:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom or limited edition drops may be final sale — check product page for details.

Exchanges:

Wrong size? We offer free exchanges on your first order.

To start an exchange, hit us up at theartdripdealer@gmail.com with your order number and desired size.

Returns:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping).

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, incorrect shipping, or it is your first exchange. 

Defective/Damaged Items:

If your gear arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo at theartdripdealer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or make it right — no stress.
